Spicy Coconut Kale Chips
These kale chips will satisfy any snacky craving you have. The sweetness from the maple syrup goes perfectly with the spicy heat of the sriracha, and the mellow coconut balances it all out.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 2 tbsp of sriracha
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of coconut shreds plus more for garnish
Directions
- Step 1
- Wash and thoroughly dry kale leaves, and cut the stems off. Rip up the leaves into chip-sized pieces and put into a large mixing bowl. Add in sriracha, maple syrup, coconut oil, and coconut shred. Toss kale delicately so as to not rip the pieces
- Step 2
- Place in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes at 300°. Chips are done when they are crisp and darker in color, but not burnt. Finish with a sprinkle of raw coconut shred.
